Design & Media

social media + content creation

i.

In addition to assisting my lovely boss with product photography & social media organization/planning, I also created a few short form reels. I adored the shop’s brand identity & design and leaned into it’s brilliant aesthetics when helping with media postings & video editing. Some of the features below are also connected to the community engagement project I completed with owner Marichelle. You can find the interviews linked to the side.

In admissions, in addition to being a classic tour guide, I also got to assist the communications team with social media outreach projects. Below you can find one of my “day-in-the-life” features saved under the admission’s profile highlights.

Although I love social media curation, I maintain a private instagram presence for peace of mind. However, I believe some of my posts are valuable portfolio content— below you can find samples of work.

When creating Instagram stories, I tend to follow a simple formula to make the most aesthetically pleasing image/video. First, I start with a photo, decide if it needs any editing to match a certain mood, and attach another element like music or a small gif. Text is optional. Voila!
